COLOR-COATED PPGI STEEL COIL

PPGl steel coil is a product made of hot-dip galvanized steel, after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or several layers of organic coating are coated on the surface and then baked and cured. In addition to the protection of the zinc layer, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a role in covering and protecting the color-coated steel coil, preventing the steel coil from rusting, and its service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of galvanized steel coil.

PRINTED PPGI PPGI COIL

Printed PPGI is mainly used to produce steel wooden doors, security doors, anti-fire doors, coach, garage, carport, and roll-up doors as the highly processed wooden color sheet. And also be used in household electrical appliances, anti-scratch door sheets, telephone booths, newsstands, and division plates as the common patterned sheet. Suitable resins are selected for the coatings used in color-coated rolls according to different use environments, such as polyester-silicon modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. The user can choose according to the purpose.

PRINTED PPGI PPGI COIL

Production process: one coating one baking, double coating one baking, double coating double baking, three coating three baking, etc.
